Key Account Manager Hyper & CLSM
The Key Account Manager HM&CLSM is responsible for customer management and sales execution. He/she will deliver input to create and develop the strategy for the HM&CLSM channel and key customers, with a focus on Emart, Lotte and Homeplus. The main responsibilities include execution of our plan and objectives related to assortment, distribution, (in-store) visibility and (building) penetration, based on the annual (joint business) plan. The KAM also leads the Field Sales Reps (FSR) operation and guides, mentors and coaches them to execute in-store in line with the plan with a focus on the top 50-75 stores of Emart, Homeplus and Lotte HM.
The Key Account Manager Hypermarket & CLSM reports to the Sales Director who reports to the Country Manager of Lotus Bakeries Korea, who reports to the General Manager Asia – Offices.
Key Result Areas
1. Strategy into Action
- Delivers input to the Country Manager to build up strategic plan for Hypermarket (main focus) and CLSM channel and builds specific (joint) customer business plans for key customers; Lotte, Homeplus and E-Mart.
- Manage the relationship and business execution with Hypermarket (pro-active) and CSLM customers (re-active);
- Execute the plan with focus on Assortment/Distribution/Visibility/Penetration in the Hypermarket and CLSM channel based on annual plans with support of the FSR’s;
- Focus on sustainable growth in terms of turnover and profit with efficient and effective sales promotion;
- Account receivable management for monthly closing including tax closure
2. Sales and S&OP
- Sales forecasting by customer, by brand, by SKU
- Promo plan by customer, by brand, by SKU based on promotion learnings/evaluations
3. Customer Management
- To represent the organization towards Hypermarket and CLSM customers in order to intensify the relationships with the aim to achieve the objectives.
- Works closely together all other disciplines of Lotus Bakeries Korea, and does so in a positive manner, in order to achieve the overall objectives of the company.
Education (degree):
• University level or above

Specific knowledge:
Experience:
• Around 5 – 10 years of sales experience
• Man-management experience
• Experience in FMCG, working with A-brands and working in an international environment.
• Knows and understands the Hyper and CLSM business.
Language:
• Fluent in Korean
• Basic level of English is must and good level of English is preferred
