Key Account Manager HM - CLSM - C&C
As Key Account Manager Hypermarkets (HM), Chain Largest Supermarkets (CLSM) and Cash & Carry (C&C), you will be at the forefront of driving our sales growth in these channels and shaping the future of our presence. You will take ownership of the key retailers – with a strong focus on our prioritized customers (“focus & grow” and “optimize”) - to accelerate performance, maximize visibility, and optimize the consumer journey across all off-line touchpoints. Key Result Areas
1. Turning Strategy into Action:
• You develop and execute a winning Channel Strategy for Hypermarkets, CLSM and C&C by identifying key growth opportunities, prioritizing customers, and leveraging the latest trends and innovations.
• You take local ownership of the Retail Strategy, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring execution to the Korean market.
• You build and implement Customer Business Plans that optimizes assortment, distribution, visibility and drives building household penetration leading up towards sustainable growth.
• You continuously analyze data, track KPI’s and apply revenue management principles to optimize performance and unlock incremental growth in the respective channels.
2. Customer Management & Growth:
• You own and strengthen commercial relationships with key players in each channel, with a primary focus on our defined “Focus & Grow” and “Optimize” customers.
• You work closely with the end-customer to ensure excellent execution.
• You ensure flawless execution of the Customer Business Plan, building Perfect Stores and driving best-in-class in-store activation (main shelf, promotions, etc.).
• You take responsibility for the Promotion Plan by channel, customer, brand and SKU, working closely together with the Marketing team.
• You take responsibility for the Sales Forecast by customer, brand, and SKU, working closely with Supply Chain team to ensure a solid demand plan that aligns with our business goals.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration for Success:
• You partner with the Sales Director to ensure full alignment with overall market, channel, customer and brand strategies.
• You collaborate with the Category Development & Marketing Manager to translate category insights and marketing strategies into impactful channel/customer execution.

Education (degree):
• Relevant Bachelor degree

Specific knowledge:
• Demonstrate strong understanding of HM, CLSM and C&C channels/customers.
• Understanding of Korean retail and shopping trends.
Experience:
• 8-12years in Sales/Key Account Management within an (international) FMCG company.
• Prior experience managing major customers is a must.
Language:
• Fluent in Korean (both verbally and written)
• English (basic level)
