Key Account Manager GT
As a Key Account Manager GT, you will be responsible for customer management and sales execution. You will deliver input to create and develop the strategy for the GT channel and key customers in GT. The main responsibilities include execution of our plan and achievement of our objectives related to assortment, distribution, (in-store) visibility and (building) household penetration. The Key Account Manager GT reports to the Sales Director who reports to the Country Manager of Lotus Bakeries Korea, who reports to the General Manager Asia – Offices.
As a Key Account Manager GT, these would be some of your main responsibilities.
1. Strategy into Action:
- Delivers input to the Country manager of LBK to build up strategic plan for GT channel and builds specific (joint) customer business plan for key customers in GT and Wholesale
- Manage the relationship and business execution with GT customers; supports them operationally in order to optimize our ADVP in the GT channel
- Execute effective assortment/distribution/visibility/penetration strategy plan with customers in the GT channel and ensures good relationship, support and detailed follow up with key customers like Crown
- Focus on sustainable growth with efficient and effective sales promotion
- Account receivable management for monthly closing including tax closure
2. Promo Plan and Sales Forecasting:
- Promo plan by customer, by brand, by SKU based on promotional guidelines
- Promo Evaluation in order to check if targets have been achieved and to get learnings for the future
- Sales forecasting by customer, by brand, by SKU as input for the demand plan
3. Customer Management
- To represent the organization towards GT customers in order to intensify the relationships and to realize the assumed volume, turnover and margin growth.
- Works closely together with all other disciplines of Lotus Bakeries Korea, and does so in a positive manner, in order to achieve the overall objectives.
- Create and has understanding of the optimized Route to Market and apply the strategies on each level based on the value chain analysis.

Education (degree):
- Bachelor degree, ideally with a relevant Master (e.g. Business Administration)
Experience:
- Around 6 – 9 years of sales experience (at least 4-5 in account management)
- Experience in FMCG, working with A-brands and working in an international environment.
- Knows and understands the GT business.
Language:
- Fluent in Korean
