The sales office for the Italian market, with soon 10 employees, is located in the center of Milano.  For this location we are looking for a Brand Manager (m/f)

As Brand Manager you are responsible for the roll out of the strategic plans for our fast growing and popular brands Biscoff and Nakd in Italy.  

·       Assortment :

-          Participate in the management of the operational marketing plan with activities to support the launch of new products and the existing portfolio;

-          Coordinate article creation and packaging flow with the Global brand team.

·       Trade marketing :

-          develop a strong promotional plan for our retail assortment and manage the in-store execution of  Italy 

-          Create and monitor materials and presentations intended for the sales force, and  promotional activities in the stores;

-          Follow up on branding and materials used and developed by our distribution partner in “Away from home”

  •  Media:  You participate in the implementation of the international digital campaigns. You create and desing the content of the websites
  • You manage the budget for in-store promotions (creation and execution) and digital media (to be). 

1.     Min. 3 years FMCG experience is a must

2.     Knowledge about Italian trade structure and media development

3.     Experience in a product management or trade marketing function

Language: Fluent in written and spoken Italian, strong understanding of English (written and spoken)
