READY TO START BAKING?

S&OP Analyst

Lembeke - Headquarters
Full-time

As a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst, you are the link between the customer demand and the manufacturing organizations for Biscoff products, Cookies, Pastry, and Waffles. You are part of the Global Biscoff Planning & Logistics team, and will report to the Planning & Logistics Manager Biscoff.

  • In this challenging role, you play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, bridging customer demand and manufacturing capabilities through demand validation, supply and demand balancing, inventory analysis, and performance monitoring. Working closely with sales and operations teams, you provide critical input for the monthly S&OP decision-making process, lead the Executive S&OP process for Pastry and Waffles, and help ensure long-term supply continuity.
  • We produce Biscoff on multiple continents and ship to countries around the world. Multi-site planning and sourcing can be complex but is important. We need you to take on a key role in preparing sourcing exercises and rolling out implementations.
  • In case of supply chain disruptions, you support short-term decision making and within limited timeframes, you analyze potential measures to increase capacity and/or propose volume allocation scenarios across countries. The outcome of these analyses serve as the basis for decisions with significant financial impact.
  • You’ll report on key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, inventory status and performance to plan. You’ll discuss the results with the business while continuously focusing on improving the demand-supply balance to deliver excellent customer service at optimal cost.
  • Aimed at improving the global supply chain design and management, you identify, propose, lead and support different projects.
  • Overall, you always act as a process guard to strive for excellence and knowledge sharing. You document, improve and train key supply chain planning processes like demand planning and mid-term capacity planning.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile? Then we look forward to meeting you!
