As Junior Global Brand Manager in the Portfolio & Innovation team, you help shape a product portfolio that’s loved across continents – and help us achieve our ambition to become the world’s #3 cookie brand.
In this role, you implement the global innovation and portfolio strategy, from concept to launch, ensuring our products are both globally consistent and locally relevant. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive product innovation and optimize existing offerings to maximize market performance.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading innovation projects from ideation to post-launch by working with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and in-market success
- Driving product optimizations, including recipe improvements and packaging upgrades, to enhance both consumer appeal and operational efficiency
- Turning insights into action by managing consumer research and market testing to validate new concepts before they launch globally
- Adapting innovations to local needs in close collaboration with regional marketing teams, ensuring our global strategy connects with consumers across diverse markets
- Building strong brand experiences by partnering with the Global Brand Equity team to deliver impactful packaging and integrated communication for Biscoff innovations
You’re a hands-on marketer with a passion for innovation and a sharp eye for both consumers and business impact. You love turning insights into ideas and making them happen in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You bring:
- A master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Innovation, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in product management or innovation within FMCG
- Strong project management skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into meaningful actions
- Fluent English and excellent communication and influencing skills
- A proactive mindset, drive for results, and a passion for building global brands
