• Lead and deliver projects within Applications, Infrastructure, and Security teams, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards are met
•  Define project objectives and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders
•  Monitor project progress, manage risks and changes proactively
•  Ensure clear, consistent communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
•  Motivate and support your team to achieve high performance and project success

• You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment
• Experience with SAP roll-outs or application implementations is a plus
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You apply change management effectively when deploying new or changed functionality
• You excel at stakeholder management and know how to facilitate collaboration among diverse groups
• You are highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured way
