Group Communications Officer
Join a listed, international and family-owned company as a Group Communications Officer at Lotus Bakeries. In this dynamic and impactful role, you will coordinate a broad range of internal and external Group communication initiatives, working closely with senior management to strengthen and safeguard the reputation of our corporate and product brands.
- Coordinate and execute a broad range of communications projects across the Group, combining hands-on delivery and strategic thinking.
- Prepare, plan and follow up on communication initiatives to ensurehigh-quality, timely, consistent and efficient output.
- Create, edit, translate and manage corporate content (EN/NL) for key projects, including the Annual Report, intranet, website, presentations, press materials, media monitoring, events, and more.
- Apply and protect the corporate visual identity while developing, adapting and maintaining branded materials and visual assets.
- Manage media relations and press communication, monitornd media coverage, and flag reputational risks and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the corporate website and social channels, ensure basic reporting, and coordinate Group events and stakeholder engagement.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years’ experience in corporate communications, preferably in an international and listed environment.
- Strong writing skills in Dutch and English, with experience in content gathering, copywriting, publication, media monitoring and press management, event coordination and stakeholdermanagement. Affinity with corporate and reputational communication and visual tools; basic visual or video editing is a plus.
- A structured, accurate and organised way of working, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- You have a strong eye for detail and always aim for execellent execution, acting as a true brand ambassador for the Group.
- You are professional, discrete and confident in working with senior stakeholders, with strong coordination skills and a natural sense for stakeholder management.
- A proactive, flexible and hands‑on mindset, combined with the ability to think strategically.
