Global Brand Manager - Portfolio & Innovation

- Through fully owning and driving the end-to-end project management of multiple innovation initiatives, you develop and execute the global innovation roadmap.
- From ideation to launch, you collaborate cross-functionally to ensure succesful execution.
- You partner with local (marketing) teams from all over the world to adapt and tailor global innovations to meet regional consumer preferences and market conditions
- Aligning with R&D, Engineering, Operations, QA, Procurement and Sales, you ensure feasibility, scalability and commercial succes of new product launches.
- Next to innovation, co-managing the existing portfolio is also a main component for this position.
- On a global scale, you balance range, pricing, format and channel strategy to maximize market performance.
- In order to define initiatives for portfolio optimization and identify opportunities, you monitor and analyze performance of current range, market trends, consumer insights and competitive dynamics.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- A strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or innovation
- A solid experience (8 years) in product management, innovation or portfolio strategy within FMCG
- Expertise in end-to-end innovation processess, from ideation to commercialization. A unique aspect in our approach is the close connection to Opearations, so having an extra taste for the technical side is an added bonus.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- The proven ability to interpret data and translate complex insights into clear strategic recommendations and concrete relevant actions.
- Substantial stakeholder management skills, ranging from local production sites over global commercial teamsto the Executive Committee.
- Exceptional communication skillsadjusting tone and content to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Combines a collaborative spirit with an optimistic, solutions‑focused attitude.
