At Lotus Bakeries, quality and food safety are at the heart of everything we do. To further strengthen our global quality organization, we are looking for a Corporate FSQA Suppliers Manager. In this role, you lead the supplier quality assurance team and strategy. You ensure the highest food safety and quality standards across our global supply and co-manufacturing network.

  • As Corporate FSQA Suppliers Manager, you take global responsibility for supplier quality and food safety within an international context.
  • The Supplier FSQA team, which you lead, is split into two branches: one for raw materials & packaging and one for co-manufacturing & co-packing.
  • In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you shape the strategic direction and ensure all partners comply with the Lotus Bakeries FSQMS.
  • Coaching your team and fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement are key elements of your role.
  • Audits, incident management, performance monitoring, and the implementation of corrective actions all fall under the responsibility of your team.
  • Direct reporting to the Corporate FSQA Director ensures alignment with overall company goals.
  • You hold a Master’s degree and bring at least 10 years of experience in quality management in the food industry, with minimum 5 years in supplier or co-manufacturer quality assurance in an international context
  • You have strong expertise in food safety, microbiology, risk-based approaches, and are familiar with analytical and microbiological methods
  • You are certified as a lead auditor in a GFSI-recognized standard (BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, or similar)
  • You combine a strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills and are confident managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
  • You mainly work from our headquarters in Lembeke (Belgium), but you’re open to regular travel to supplier and co-manufacturing locations globally
