For our headquarters in Lembeke we are looking for a Corporate Commercial Controller. In this role you are a member of the Corporate Finance team and act as a trusted sparring partner for the Area Finance/Commercial Controllers. You have exposure to the business in a growing, multinational setting, requiring close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Group.

• You manage, develop and improve the commercial controlling and reporting processes for the Lotus Bakeries Group.
• You develop, maintain & train the local Area Finance Controllers/Managers in the commercial methodologies and processes.
• You are the “go-to” person for all commercial controlling questions related to pricing, cost to serve and master data.
• You prepare, analyze and deliver on-time accurate commercial insights towards the management and the Executive Commitee.
• You participate in monthly financial/commercial result reviews with the areas.
• You execute together with the internal auditor commercial audits throughout the group to ensure consistency of reporting within the Group and to assess compliance with our internal policies.
• You report directly to the Corporate Controlling & Auditing Director.

• You have a master's degree with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a (commercial) controller and or external/internal auditor within an international environment.
• You have strong analytical skills and are business oriented; you have a strong urge to understand and analyze the business drivers behind the numbers.
• You are a good communicator and are able to build relations in an international environment and with senior management.
• You are fluent in Dutch & English. A good command of French is considered a plus.
• You are prepared to travel for your job.
• You are an expert in Excel and knowledge of BI and/or SAP is a plus
