We are looking for Mechanical Reliability Engineers to join our team in Thailand. In this key role, you will ensure the optimal technical performance of our machines and installations. As part of our Reliability Engineering team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, executing maintenance plans, and driving continuous improvements. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of technical enhancements and CAPEX projects while striving to improve safety, quality, and efficiency across the organization. • Maintenance & Problem Solving : Lead effective preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure proper calibration and system documentation.

• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement equipment and process improvements, support maintenance KPIs, and lead cost-saving or efficiency projects.

• Projects & New Installations : Lead technical project planning and execution, manage CAPEX projects, and ensure quality of contractor work.

• Team & Skill Development : Create training materials, assess team competencies, coach technicians/operators, and conduct regular refresher training.

• Quality & Safety : Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and safety standards, manage equipment calibrations, maintain clean technical areas, and promote a strong safety culture.

Qualification:

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering)

Education (degree)

• Considerable technical knowledge in multiple fields and in related the mechanical, maintenance of production equipment, facilities, utilities, planning, scheduling is advantageous.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and other MS Office

• Root Cause Analysis and Problem-solving skills. 

• Proficient in Thai with Excellent knowledge and communicable in English
