Join our team as a Production Planner, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you will support the Planning & Logistics Manager by coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly production and material planning activities. You’ll ensure accurate system updates, timely purchase orders, and clear reporting that enables seamless production flow.

Working closely with the Planning Supervisor, you’ll receive hands-on guidance while also having the opportunity to step up as a backup planner during their absence—an excellent chance to broaden your experience and contribute to business continuity. 1) Production & Material Planning Execution
• Run Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for raw materials and packaging materials.
• Update production schedules under the guidance of the Planning Supervisor.
• Support adherence to daily/weekly plans and escalate deviations.
• Act as backup for the Planning Supervisor during leave or absence, taking ownership of daily production planning tasks to ensure continuity.

2) Purchase Order & System Transactions
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders (POs) in SAP, and coordinate delivery dates with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain and update relevant planning master data, particularly in MRP 4 views, including parameters such as safety stock levels, lead times, and other key planning controls to support accurate and efficient material requirements planning.

3) Inventory Monitoring & Coordination
• Track material stock levels and highlight risks such as shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to secure timely material availability.

4) Reporting & Data Management
• Prepare and maintain routine planning reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Support KPI tracking and data entry for continuous improvement initiatives.

5) Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise with production, maintenance. warehouse, and procurement teams to align plans and resolve daily issues.
• Provide first-level support for operational planning queries.

6) Audit & Compliance Support
• Assist the Planning Supervisor during audits, system reviews, and process improvement projects.

Education (degree):
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Competence profile:
• Detail-oriented, proactive and organized
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a learning mindset and willingness to grow
• Ability to work under time pressure with accuracy

Specific knowledge:
• ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
• Excel and planning software tools
• Basic understanding of production planning and inventory control

Experience:
• 2–3 years in production planning, supply chain, or related functions

Language:
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency for communication and documentation
