We are looking for Junior Operator to join our team in Thailand. This position is responsible for operating machinery and carrying out production processes across various areas, including the Raw Material Warehouse, Dough Processing, Fabrication, Packing, Spread Production, Spread Filling, and Crumble areas. The Junior Operator ensures that all tasks are performed according to work instructions while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting a clean and organized work environment and assisting in machine upkeep through autonomous maintenance.

Key Result Areas:

• You act as machine / area owner and  are responsible for operating the smooth running of the production of your designated machine / area to deliver factory KPI.
• You are responsible for managing the raw/packaging materials in your area.   This includes receiving materials, delivering materials and ensure the accuracy of the inventory of each materials / products in your area and  no shortage for smooth operation.
• You will be able to  learn and thoroughly understand the operation of one or more machines (setting, starting, stopping, stocking and switching) so you will be able to perform running the designated machine smoothly.
• You will perform a (visual) quality control check on any goods/ materials/ cookies from your machine and will be responsible for recording the data from the production process with the administrative tasks.
• You will perform your work with the continuous improvement mindset and follow safety, quality guidelines and protocal.
• You will be able to work on a rotation shift as per the shift pattern.
• You will ensure the effective handover of your shift to your colleagues who work in the other shifts so there will be NO disruption of the operations.

Profile

• A minimum of Vocational/High Vocational Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Industrial, Production control and equivalent
• Proven working knowledge at least 1-2 years’ experience in production field preferably from Food or FMCG business and machine operation.
• Fluent communicate in Thai and be able to understand basic English (reading and writing)
