Global Innovation Manager BEAR
Take the lead in shaping the future of healthy snacking by driving innovation across BEAR portfolio. Based in Baar, Switzerland, you will work on groundbreaking projects that leverage Lotus Bakeries’ growth model, ensuring our products stay ahead of market trends and consumer needs.
- Own the innovation pipeline, from concept development to product launch, while optimizing existing product lines and exploring new growth territories.
- Translate consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies, ensuring innovations meet evolving consumer demands.
- Manage complex projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, and local markets) to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring alignment with BEAR’s brand ethos and strategic objectives.
- Partner closely with our key markets (UK and US) to identify trends and opportunities for new product development and category expansion.
- Oversee category management by analyzing market performance, identifying gaps, and recommending actions to strengthen BEAR’s presence within the healthy snacking category.
- Work on long-term strategic initiatives to expand BEAR’s footprint globally, delivering impactful innovation and category growth.
- A Master’s degree in a business-focused field, with specialization in marketing, product innovation, or related areas preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand innovation, product management, category management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to turn consumer insights and market data into impactful innovations and category strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for healthy snacking and natural foods, coupled with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
